摘要
目的 探讨DR高千伏胸部摄影的条件 ,评价DR胸部影像 .方法 ①选择 5种体型人体 (特瘦、瘦、中等、胖、特胖 )各 10人 ,将KV固定为 12 5KV ,按 7种不同档次的mAs进行正侧位投照 .②选取最佳成像的摄影条件 ,按此条件对 10 0 0例患者进行摄影 .③对 10 0 0例DR胸部影像进行质量评定 .结果 ①高千伏投照 5种体型最佳成像的mAs范围 ,正位 2 .0~ 6 .4mAs,侧位 4 .0~ 10 .0mAs.② 10 0 0例DR胸部影像甲级片占 5 0 .6 % ,乙级片占 38.5 % ,丙级片占10 .9% ,无废片影像 .结论 高千伏DR胸部摄影可代替高千伏屏—胶胸部摄影 。
Objective To investigate the best working condition in taking chest image with direct digital radiography . Methods ①Subjects with different body mass(very thin, thin, normal, obesity, very obesity, 10 subjects in each group), the posteroanterior and lateral chest radiographs were taken with 7 different levels of mAs and same level of voltage(125 KV) with a digital system.②The best film taking condition was determined according to the result of above mentioned study and then 1000 cases of chest radiograph were taken.③The film quality of the 1000 cases were analysed. Results ①The best high KV film taking condition are 2.0~6.4 mAs for the posteroanterior and 4.0~10 mAs for the lateral.②In the quality assessment of 1000 chest radiograophs, 50.6% was Grade A film,38.5% was Grade B film, 10.9% was Grade C film and no waste film. Conclusions It was shown that the direct digital radigraphy with high KV was superior to the conventional screen-film system in providng better chest film quality and can replace conventional radiography systems.
