摘要
目的:探讨颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损即刻整复的美容效果。方法:采用带蒂胸大肌皮瓣和上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颌面部恶性肿瘤术后面部缺损畸形24例,其中16例上斜方肌皮瓣修复,8例胸大肌皮瓣整复,并对其改善面颊部美容效果进行分析。结果:所有皮瓣临床均Ⅰ期愈合,有效地解决了患者因面颊部缺损畸形所遗留下的碍容问题。结论:两种皮瓣即刻整复面部缺损效果显著、改善了患者容貌,有利于提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the aesthetic evaluation fo r immediately reconstruction maxil lofacial defects turor postoperation .Methods:This method is used in 24patients for immediately reconstructing maxillofacial defects by the pectoral flap(eight cases)and the pedicle superior trapezius muscle flap(sixteen cases)and we carried out systematic study o n reconstructing maxillofacial.De fects of post -operation.Results:All flaps survived in 24cases,and we achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion:It is useful and reliable in the plastic surgery,It may have a good prospect o f clinical application.
