高压氧治疗新生儿HIE时血清SOD和MDA的动态变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨高压氧在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)应用中脂质过氧化反应的规律。方法 :HIE各组均在首次高压氧 (HBO)前及第 1次、第 5次、第 10次HBO后 ,测血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活力和丙二醛 (MDA)的水平。结果 :(1)SOD活力 :轻度HIE于HBO前后无显著性差异 ;中、重度HIE随HBO暴露次数的增多 ,SOD活力逐渐增强 ,差异有十分显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )MDA水平 :轻度HIE首次HBO前后无显著性差异 ,中、重度HIE首次HBO后MDA水平明显上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但随暴露次数的增多 ,HIE各组MDA水平逐渐下降 ,且低于HBO前的水平 ,差异有十分显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) )。结论 :多次HOB暴露 ,机体抗氧化能力可明显增强 ,HBO治疗HIE安全。 Objective:To understand the generant rule of lipid peroxidation in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopath(HIE) exposed with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO).Methods:Both activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and level of serum malondialdehye(MDA) were measured at pre-HBO and at the first,fifth,tenth time postHBO,Results:(1)SOD activities:There were no significant differences in light HIE group between pre-HBO and post-HBO.In moderate and severe group, SOD activites were much higher at post-HBO than at pre-HBO(p<0.05).(2)MDA levels:At the first time,there were no marked differences in the light group between pre-HBO and post-HBO,MDA levels of moderate and severe group were evidently increased.With the more exposure,concentration of MDA in each of HIE groups was gradually reduced,and was lower than that of pre-HBO(P<0.05).Conclusion: It has been shown that HBO can enhance the antioxidative defense mechanisms,it is safty and availability to treat HIE.
