聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术并发血肿的分析处理

ANALYZING STUDY OF HEMATOMA COMPLICATED BY INJECTABLE POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL AUGMENTATION MAMMOPLASTY

目的:探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术并发血肿的发生与预防措施。方法:对180例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术血肿并发症作发生率统计,原因分析和处理总结。结果:发现血肿并发症的发生率较高,原因多种,积极的治疗和预防是关键。结论:对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术血肿并发症需努力预防,认真对待。

Objective:To analyze the hematoma complicated by injectable polyacrylamide gel au gmentation mammoplasty.Methods:Among nine cases of complications fo und in one hundred and eighty patient s after operations,five cases were i dentified to be thehematoma complicated by injecta ble polyacrylamide gel augmentatio n mammoplasty.The management of those five cases were also reviewed.Result:It has been found that there is a high f reqeuency of hematoma complicated b y injectable polyacrylamide gel aug-mentation mammoplasty cases and reasons for it vary.Conclusion:The hematoma complicated by injecta ble polyacrylamide gel aug-mentation mammoplasty occurred com monly and should be paid more attenti on to them.
