广西城乡壮族和汉族学生体质发育差别及其变化趋势

The differences between physical development of students of Zhuang, Han nationalities at urban and rural area in Guangxi and their difference change trends

目的 了解广西城乡壮族与汉族学生体质发育的差异及它们城乡差别的变化趋势。方法 对 7～ 1 8岁广西城乡壮族和汉族学生身高、体重的 1 985～ 2 0 0 0年 4次体质健康调查统计资料进行壮汉比较和城乡比较 ,分析其壮汉差别、城乡差别及其变化趋势。结果 城市壮族学生身高、体重均值比城市汉族学生的小。乡村壮族学生的身高、体重均值在1 985和 1 991年大于乡村汉族 ,但在 1 995和 2 0 0 0年却小于汉族。壮族学生身高、体重的城乡均值差不断扩大 ,但比汉族的小。结论 城市壮族学生体质发育明显落后于汉族城市学生 ,乡村壮族学生体质发育从 1 995年以后开始落后于乡村汉族学生。壮汉学生体质发育差别呈扩大趋势。

Objective To investigate the differences between the physical development of students of Zhuang and Han nationalities at urban and rural area in Guangxi and the change trends of them, separately. Methods The differences between the body height and weight of the students of Zhuang and Han nationalities, of the rural and urban area, and of the change trends were compared by analyzing the data from The Four Physical Health Investigation in the years of 1985, 1991, 1995 and 2000 in students of Zhuang and Han nationalities at the at the ages of 7～18 at rural and urban area in Guangxi. Results The mean value of the body height and weight of urban students of Zhuang nationality were lower than those of Han nationality. The mean value of body and height in the years of 1985 and 1991 in rural students of Zhuang Nationality were higher than those of Han nationality, but those of Zhuang Nationality in the years of 1995 and 2000 were lower than those of Han Nationality. The mean value difference of body height and weight between urban and rural students of Zhuang nationality enlarged continuously, but the difference was slower than that of Han nationality. Conclusions The physical development of urban students of Zhuang nationality was slower than that of Han Nationality. The physical development of rural students of Zhuang nationality was slower than that of Han nationality. The differences between physical development of students of Zhuang and Han nationalities, and of rural and urban students tended to enlarge.
