改良上睑提肌缩短术治疗上睑下垂

MODIFIED LAEVATOR PALPEBRAE SUPERI ORIS MUSCLE SHORTENING OPERATION TO TREAT BLEPHAROPTOSIS

目的:为轻度上睑下垂的治疗提供更为简单有效更符合生理要求的方法。方法:采用上睑提肌折叠缩短前移的改良新术式治疗轻度上睑下垂。结果:1996年以来共治疗63例,随访3～6个月,效果好,创伤小。结论:该法适用于轻度上睑下垂、上睑提肌肌力中等以上的患者。

Objective :To apply more simlple,efficient and physiologic method for treatment of mild blepharoptosis.Methods:we used modified levator shortening operation by folding not resection to treat mild blepharoptosis.Results:we have treated 63cases by this method since 1996.All cases were followed up about 3-6months.The results were satisfactory and trauma was mi nimum.Conclusion:this method fits for the patients who have mild blepharotosis of above mid dle levator palpebrae superioris mu scle tension.
