摘要
目的 探讨血小板衍生生长因子BB(PDGF-BB)在慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化发病机制中的作用。 方法 对43例慢性乙型肝炎患者行肝穿刺活检 ,肝组织按常规制成石蜡块 ,分别进行HE染色、苦味酸天狼红染色 ,以判断肝脏纤维化程度及炎症活动度 ;同时行PDGF -BB免疫组织化学染色 ,半定量分析PDGF-BB阳性细胞表达情况。 结果 随着肝纤维化程度和炎症活动度的加重 ,PDGF -BB在组织中的表达逐渐明显。 结论PDGF -BB是慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化形成的重要的细胞因子 ,能反映肝纤维化进展状况。
Objective To study the role of platelet_derived growth factor_BB(PDGF_BB) in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The liver biopsy was performed in 43 patients with chronic hepatitis B.The paraffin_embedded tissue specimens were stained with HE and picric acid_sirius red,the inflammatory activity was graded as 0 to 4 and the severity of fibrosis was staged as 0 to 4.A semiquantitative evaluation was performed to determine PDGF_BB expression on the specimens stained by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of PDGF_BB was positively correlated with inflammatory activity and the severity of fibrosis(τ=0.58 and 0.55 respectively,P<0.01).Conclusion PDGF_BB may play an essentional role in the formation and development of liver fibrosis.
