牙周炎患者口腔内环境变化对牙菌斑内幽门螺杆菌生长的影响

Effect of oral environmental changes on Helicobacter pylori in patients with periodontitis

目的 探讨口腔内环境改变对牙菌斑内幽门螺杆菌(Hp)生长的影响。方法 采用尿素酶试验和甲苯胺蓝染色 ,对40例牙周炎患者治疗前后牙菌斑内Hp进行检测。结果 牙周炎患者治疗前Hp检出率高于牙周健康者(χ2=7.81,P<0.01) ;治疗后随着探诊深度减少和出血指数值减少 ,龈下菌斑Hp检出率降低(χ2=12.83,P<0.01) ,且龈下菌斑HP检出率又高于龈上菌斑。结论 Hp在口腔内生长与其相应环境有密切关系。

Objective To explore the effect of oral environmental changes on Helicobacter pylori(Hp) in patients with periodontitis.Methods Forty cases of periodontitis were investigated for the infection of Hp pre_and post_treatment.Hp in dental plaque was diagnosed by urease test and toluidine blue staining.Results The pre_treatment Hp_positive rate in periodontal plaque of patients was higher than that in health subjects(χ2=7.81,P<0.01).The positive_Hp rate down the gums was higher than that uper the gums(χ2=81.12,P<0.01).As the detection lengthened and the bleeding index improved,the positive_Hp rate down the gums decreased after treatment(χ2=12.83,P<0.01).Conclusion Hp growth is closely related to the oral environment.
