摘要
介绍一种采用电涡流传感器的无“滑差”测量铁路机车速度与路程的方法 .在机车的车轮架前后设置两个电涡流传感器 ,获得两个反映铁轨中非均质特性的随机信号 .利用它们的相关特性可以计算出机车的运行速度与行驶过的路程 .文中说明了传感器与信号处理的原理 ,并且介绍了模拟试验装置与实测结果。电涡流传感器组成的相关测试系统 ,为进一步提高测量精度提出了新的途径 .
In order to solve the 'slip_error' of wheel tachometer the paper presents a new method of non_contact measurement of rail speed by eddy current sensors. Two eddy current sensors, which are mounted on bogie frame of the vehicle, can detect stochastic inhomogeneity in region of the rail. From two signals the vehicle speed and distance of travel are gained by means of a digital transit_time correlator. The principle of signal processing of eddy current sensors and a simulate test device are illustrated. The experimental research has obtained satisfactory result. Therefore it is a new way to raise measurement accuracy of speed.
