摘要
分析了复杂形状刀具磨削加工结果的检验内容及检验方式 ,对虚拟环境下复杂形状刀具的CNC磨削及刀具参数的检测技术进行了研究 .在Matlab环境下 ,采用图像边界识别技术获取所加工刀具的截面形状数据 ,从而实现虚拟环境下复杂形状刀具的数控磨削加工及刀具参数的精确检测 .虚拟环境下复杂形状刀具的参数检测的实现 。
Measured parameters and methods for ground complex shaped cutters are analyzed, and simulation grinding for complex shaped cutters and cutter′s parameters measuring under virtual machining environment are researched. Based on the obtained results, by means of Matlab platform, 3 D graphical simulation of CNC grinding for complex shaped cutters is carried out. The data of ground cutter′s profiles is obtained by image edge finding technology, and the cutter′s geometrical parameters can be measured accurately. The measurement of cutter′s geometrical parameters in virtual environment provides an effective method to verify the correctness of grinding methods and grinding results.
