摘要
采用自制的旋转冲刷腐蚀失重装置 ,研究了湿法磷酸中固体颗粒的性质 ,如固含量、粒径等环境参数对不锈钢 316L和 90 4L冲刷腐蚀速率的影响 ,并在扫描电镜下观察了不锈钢腐蚀的形貌 .试验结果表明 :CaSO4结晶颗粒固含量质量分数由 10 %增加到 5 0 %时 ,冲刷腐蚀速率有所增大 ,316L不锈钢主要以腐蚀为主 ,且表现为晶间腐蚀 .当浆体中含有SiO2 固体颗粒时 ,液相腐蚀性得到降低 ,虽然不锈钢 90 4L耐液相腐蚀性能优良 ,但耐冲刷 (磨损 )性能较差 ,尤其当SiO2 粒径增大时 ,冲刷腐蚀速率明显增大 .
The influence of SiO 2 particles on erosive corrosive wear behavior of 316?L and 904?L stainless steel with addition of different content and size of SiO 2 particles in a slurry of wet process phosphoric acid are studied. Scanning electron microscopy of the eroded surface has also been performed. Erosion corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel increases when slurry contained CaSO 4 particles reaches by 10?% to 50?%. Metal loss of 316?L stainless steel is dominated by corrosion, and eroded surface shows intercrystalline corrosion. Though 904?L stainless steel shows better corrosion resistance than 316?L, erosion corrosion rate of 904?L stainless steel increases significantly with the size of SiO 2 particles. Metal loss of 904?L stainless steel is dominated by erosion.
