Endostatin specifically inhibits endothelial proliferation and potently inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth. By using PCR method, the coding sequence of endostatin was amplified from the fetal liver cDNA library. The recombinant plasmid was named as PRSendo and expressed in E. coli .
