摘要
探讨了以苹果渣为原料采用化学方法制备食用纤维和果胶的工艺条件,通过对提取的料液比、pH值、碱液浓度、反应时间及反应温度等影响因素的研究,分别得到了提取食用纤维和果胶的最佳工艺条件。
It is probed the processing technologies of extracting dletary fiber and pectin from apple residue by chemical method.In this paper we studied the effects of rate between material and solution,pH,alkaline concentration,reactive time and temprature on obtaining rate,and have gained the optimal extracting conditions of pectin and dietary fiber
