摘要
目的 探讨兔心脏各个部位胶原纤维的分布规律及其含量。方法 用石蜡切片 ,VanGieson和Masson染色 ,光镜观察 5例成年杂种兔左右心房、左右心室、室间隔及左乳头肌的胶原纤维网络构筑 ,并用计算机图像处理系统定量分析。结果 胶原纤维广泛分布于心脏各个部位 ,形态构筑大体相似。在纵切面上 ,呈粗细不等的胶原纤维束 ,与肌细胞走向平行 ;横切面上 ,心肌细胞周围有较细的胶原纤维膜 ,彼此连接成蜂窝状。各个部位之间胶原纤维面积的含量无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 在心肌细胞之间胶原纤维互相编织 ,构成一个多层次、多方位复杂的三维空间网络 ,心肌细胞被固定并活动在这个网络中。胶原纤维的改变 。
Objective To investigate the distribution pattern and quantity of collagen fibers in rabbit heart Methods Using technique of paraffin section,Van Gieson and Masson stainings,the left atrium and ventricle,right atrium and ventricle, left papillary muscle and interventricular spetum of 5 rabbit hearts were observed under the light microscope and were analyzed quantitatively by a computer image analyzing system.Results Collagen fibers widely distributed in every part in the heart,and the collagenous architecture was similar approximately in atrium and ventricle.On the longitudinal section, various collagen bundles paralleled the myocyte;On the transverse section,many thin collagen fibers membrane around the myocardial cells were connected each other,and exhibited like'honeycomb'.The data analyzed by computer showed that the difference of area in every part of the heart was of no borderline significance.Conclusion The collagen fibers joined and weaved each other and surouding the myocardial cells,and made the collagen fibers into a complex tridimensional collagen network.The myocardial cells performed and were enclosed in the network.The change of architecture of collagen fibers may influence the cardiac function.
