黄芪对老年心绞痛患者血流变学的影响

Effect of Astragalus membranaceus on hemorrheology in senile patients with angina pectoris

目的 观察黄芪对老年心绞痛患者血流变学的影响。方法 93例老年心绞痛患者分为两组 ,对照组 30例采用常规治疗 ,治疗组 6 3例在此基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液 ,用药前后分别测定两组患者的血流变指标。结果 治疗组治疗后多项指标与治疗前相比均有显著差异。

Objective To research the effects of Astraglus membranaceus on lowing blood viscosity in senile angina pectoris patients.Methods Ninty three patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups,control group(30 cases) was treated by routine treatment, and observation group(60 cases) was treated by Astragalus membranceus on the basis of routine therapy.The indexes of blood rheology was measured before and after treatment in both groups.Results The indexes of blood rheology in treatment group after treatment were improved significantly compared with before treatmnet.Conclusions The Astraglus membranaceus can reduce the blood viscosity in patients with angina pectoris.
