根据海泡石的物理化学性能和过滤机理 ,用于葡萄酒的澄清与过滤 .从物理转变和截留入手 ,从澄清、助滤。
According to the physical and chemical properties of sepio1ite and fi1tration theory usage of sepio1ite and activated processd was discussed in this paper from brewing retention aid and filtration.This paper studied clarification and filtration of wine from physical conversion and entrapment which was applicated for complex brewing process.
