摘要
面对入世后参与国际经济合作与竞争的形势 ,我国环境管理应正确运用绿色壁垒 ,深化完善环境管理模式 ,推行ISO14 0 0 0环境管理标准 ,推进清洁生产 。
Given China's enter into the WTO and its increasing participation in more international economic cooperation and competition,the environmental management should make a good use of the green bulwark,improve the environmental management module,promote the ISO 14000 environmental management standard and clean production so as to make the sustainable development of both the economy and the environmental protection.
