摘要
玉溪东风水库水质日趋恶化 ,威胁饮用水质安全 ,除现行措施外 ,应开源节流 ,增强其调节功能 ,同时制定和实施从源头控制污染、发展生态农业。
Water quality in the Dongfeng Reservoir of Yuxi is deteriorating,endangering the security of potable water.Besides the measures practiced now,we should strengthen its adjustment functions and plan out and implement strategies aiming at controlling pollution at source,developing ecological agriculture,carrying out water and soil preservation projects and purifying ecological environment.
