Knowledge sharing, Learning curve and knowledge advantage of nations

摘要 企业知识管理的核心是如何激励员工分享他们拥有的个人知识 (私人信息 ) .探讨了单向知识分享模型 ,认为激励这类知识分享行为的约束条件是市场规模 .在企业信息化基础上 ,知识分享构成的企业知识优势在国家层次上形成了国家知识优势 ,国家知识优势最主要体现在效率、成本 ,及市场规则和路径选择权 3个领域 .在发达国家拥有知识优势的竞争环境中 ,发展中国家政府需要适当地、有选择地 ,且强有力地干预企业的市场选择 。 How to inspirit the employees to share the individual knowledge (or private information) is the core problem of knowledge management in enterprises. According to an one way knowledge sharing model, this article concludes that market scale constrains the performance of knowledge sharing scheme in enterprises. Knowledge advantage of nations is the reflection of the enterprise knowledge advantage, which bases on the enterprise informatization and knowledge sharing scheme, in the scope of the nation. Efficiency and capability of resource distribution, cost, and the options of market rules and route are three fields that knowledge advantage of nations mainly embodies in. Obviously, the developed countries hold national knowledge advantage. Under such competitive conditions, the governments of the developing countries have to intervene enterprises' market option properly, selectively and effectively. At least, this should be done in choosing the developing route of information industry.
