摘要
采用沉积沉淀法和光化学沉积法 ,分别制备了 Au/ Ti O2 催化剂 .比较详尽地探讨了制备方法及制备条件对其催化 CO氧化性能的影响 ,并对催化剂进行 XRD表征 ,优化了制备条件 .结果显示 ,控制沉积 -沉淀反应液的 p H值范围为 6 .5~ 7.0、浓度为 4 0 m L水 / g载体、温度 70℃ ,还原温度 85℃、时间 6 0 min,以沉积 -沉淀法制备的 3% Au/ Ti O2 催化剂可于 - 35℃将 CO完全转化 .经还原预处理比经焙烧得到的催化剂的活性更高 .用光化学沉积法制备的 Au/ Ti O2 催化剂的活性欠佳 .
Au/TiO 2 catalysts were prepared by deposition precipitation(DP) and photochemical deposition(FD) methods, respectively, and were characterized by XRD. The effects of preparation methods and conditions on catalytic performance for CO oxidation over these catalysts were studied in detail, and the preparation conditions were optimized. The best results show that 3%Au/TiO 2 prepared by DP under the optimum conditions can completely oxidize 1% CO in air to CO 2 at -35 ℃. The catalysts prepared by reduction pretreatment are more active than those obtained by calcination pretreatment. The sample prepared by FD shows very poor catalytic activity for CO oxidation under the test conditions.
