摘要
It is found that CoCl\-2/1,10\|Phenanthroline(Phen) could catalyze double carbonylation of benzyl chloride to phenylpyruvic acid in the presence of the CO/Ca(OH)\-2/dioxane/H\-2O reaction system. In the case of 353 K with CO pressure of 3.0 MPa and a ratio of Phen/CoCl\-2 of 1.5, the conversion of benzyl chloride is 61.1%, and the selectivity to PPA is 100% with a yield 61.1%.
