Managing Corporate IT Resources through Strategic Cooperation ——The Analysis of Corporate IT Outsourcing and its ASP Mode

本文在综述企业信息系统外包发展的基础上 ,初步探讨了企业如何建立和管理企业与“承包商”之间的战略联盟问题 ;最后论述了目前流行的电子商务环境下的外包形式—应用服务提供商ASP的相关问题及其在中国的应用实践。

As more and more corporations in the west countries begin to discard or narrow the scale of their IT departments,part or all of the IT application service are transferred to the professional organizations.This is so called IT outsourcing. In this paper,we analyze why and how corporation outsourcing their IT activities and services.At the same time,we discuss how to struture and manage the strategic alliance between the corporation and the contractor.At last we introduce some new idea of the currently prevailing outsourcing style based on Internet——ASP,which has developed under E Commerce environment.
