摘要
本文提出了企业适应电子商务应用的三种服务联盟策略 ,利用两阶段博弈理论 ,从投入水平、获利水平和投入产出比三方面分析和比较了这三种服务联盟策略 。
This paper presents three kinds of service alliance strategies,which enable enterprises with the alliance membership adopt electronic commerce.Based on 2 stage game theory,this paper explores the differences among these alliance strategies,and analyses investment,return and ROI respectively.The analysis will provide theorical base for enterprises in electronic commerce enhancing their service abilities by service alliance strategies.
