摘要
介绍了为解决某钢铁企业的中热值煤气、蒸汽和电的短缺而开发的一台 12MW热电气多联产装置。在该系统中 ,把一台流化床气化炉和一台 75t/h循环流化床锅炉结合在一起 ,从而实现煤气和蒸汽联产。在详细介绍了该装置的设计思想和结构特点的同时 ,用所建的热电气多联产模型对该装置包括煤气产量、煤气成分、煤气热值和系统运行温度等在内的性能参数进行了预测。
To meet the shortage of the gas with medium calorific value, heat and power, a new 12?MW multi generation system of gas, heat and power has been designed for a steel corporation in China In this system, one fluidized bed gasifier is combined with a 75?t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler to realize gas and steam cogeneration This paper introduces the design features of the 12?MW multi generation system in detail A simplified model developed for the multi generation system is used to predict the performance parameters of the 12?MW multi generation system including the gas yield, gas composition, calorific value of gas and temperature in the gasifier and the boiler
