摘要
本文叙述了铝电解着色膜发色的原因,从铝氧化膜的结构、沉积金属盐的种类以及工艺过程等几个方面讨论了影响铝电解着色膜色调的因素,认为通过改善氧化膜的结构,控制金属沉积的种类和状态等主要因素可以获得多种色调的防护装饰膜层。
In this paper,we present the reason why the colouring film of anodized aluminiumelectrolysis produces colours.Also,from the microstrueture of the anodized aluminium,thekinds of metal deposit,the technological process and other aspects,we discuss the factorswhich influence the tones of electrolytic colouring film,realizing that it is possible to obtainprotective decorative films of various tones by improving the structure of the film and con-trolling the kind and state of metal deposit.
