摘要
为改善对电力用户的服务质量,鹤岗电力公司在用电营业工作中引入了地理信息系统(GIS)。通过利用地理信息系统能够结合地理位置的进行分析功能及其分布式的应用环境,使得用电报装从接到报装请求到工程图纸、工程预算报表的生成可在几分钟内自动完成。同时根据报修电话,应用GIS软件分析出故障地点,并提供抢修车最佳行驶路径使得故障抢修工作快速完成,从而大大提高了电力公司的服务效率。
To improve the quality of electric power customer service in Hegang Electric Power Cooperation,GIS is introduced into the electric power customer service and marketing work.By using powerful analysis function of GIS combining the geographical location and its distributed environment ,the engineering map and budgetary estimation can be obtained in a few minutes after getting the re-quest of Power Supply Point's Installation.By using GIS software,the fault's location from customer's trouble call and the optimum maintain path can be obtained quickly.Then the work efficiency of Hegang Power Cooperation is improved.
