摘要
根据多品种系列化产品的特点 ,探讨了多品种系列化产品的敏捷开发方法。提出通过产品系列合理化、产品结构模块化、零件通用化标准化、开发组织团队化实现多品种系列化产品的敏捷开发。
By analyzing the features of the multi variety series products, agile development method of the multi variety series products is discussed. The agile development mode of the multi variety series products is put forward in this paper, including product series rationalization, product structure modularization, parts generalization and standardization, and development team.
