The Design of the Intelligent Unit for the Metering Standard Device of Liquid Flowmeter

在动态容积法液体流量计量标准装置中增设智能器 ,可将流量计校验过程中的采样、记时、运算、误差修正和给出检测结果等集于一体自动完成。简化了检测过程 ,降低了造价 ,提高了检测过程精度、可靠性与稳定性。文中讨论了该智能器系统的软硬件设计方法。

By adding an intel ligent unit into the metering standard d evice for dynamic volumetrical liquid fl owmeter, the calibration procedures of f lowmeter, e.g.scan, time counting, opera tion, error correction and detect result reporting, etc. can be integrated. The method simplified the procedure, lowered the cost and enhanced the accuracy, rel iability and stability. The design metho d of hardware and software for the intel ligent unit are discussed in the paper.
