青藤碱对吗啡依赖小鼠催促戒断症状的影响

Effects of sinomenine on Withdrawal syndrome in morphine-dependent mice

目的 研究中药成分青藤碱 (Sin)对吗啡依赖小鼠催促戒断症状的影响。方法 以剂量递增法形成吗啡依赖小鼠模型 ,ipSin 30min后 ,用纳络酮进行催促戒断 ,观察小鼠的戒断反应。结果 ipSin 10mg·kg-1后 ,小鼠的跳跃反应、前爪震颤、体重下降等戒断症状均明显减少或减轻 ,ipSin 30、6 0mg·kg-1可抑制小鼠跳跃、扭体、前爪震颤、“湿狗”样抖动、体重下降等症状。结论 Sin能抑制吗啡依赖小鼠催促戒断症状 。

Aim To study the effects of sinomenine (Sin) on the naloxone-precipitated withdrawal syndrome in morphine dependent mice.Methods Mice were given increasing doses of morphine to produce a physical dependence.Withdrawal syndrome were precipitated by naloxone in 30min after ip Sin.Results At the dose of 10mg·kg -1 ,Sin inhibited jumping reaction,forepaw tremor and body weight loss of mice.At the dose of 30,60mg·kg -1 ,Sin inhibited jumping,wrest body,forepaw tremor,'wet dog'shakes and body weight loss of mice.Conclusion Sin could significantly inhibit withdrawal syndrome in morphine dependent mice and relieve body weight loss of mice.
