金马通络胶囊质量标准研究

Studies on Quality standard for Jinma Tong Luo Capsules

目的 对金马通络胶囊进行质量标准研究。方法 采用薄层色谱法对西洋参、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别 ,采用HPLC法对处方中主要成分东莨菪碱及士的宁进行含量测定。结果 氢溴酸东莨菪碱与士的宁平均回收率分别为 98.72 % (RSD =2 .95 % )及 97.0 0 % (RSD =2 .4 0 % ) ,线性范围氢溴酸东莨菪碱为 0 .8～ 10 .0 μg(r=0 .9997) ,士的宁为 1.6 6～ 8.30 μg(r=0 .9994 )。结论 研究表明 ,本方法简便、准确、重现性好 。

Aim To study the quality standard for Jinma Tong Luo Capsules.Methods The Panax quinquefolial L and Epimedium Sagittatum Maxim in Prescription were identified by TLC.The main components,Scopolamine and strychnine, were determined by HPLC.Results The average recovery of scopolamine was 98.72% (RSD=2.95%);and 97.00%(RSD=2.40%) and the calibration curves were within 0.8～10.0μg (r=0.999 7);1.66～8.30μg(r=0.999 4),respectively.Conclusions The results indicated that these methods were simple, accurate and had good reproducibilities.This study provided a quality control method for Jinma Tong Luo Capsules.
