摘要
目的 程序升温毛细管气相色谱法测定小茴香中反式茴香脑的含量。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从小茴香中提取挥发油。挥发油用二氯甲烷定量溶解稀释后用石英毛细管柱进行气相分析。色谱柱DB 17(15m× 0 .2 5mm× 0 .2 5 μmTemp :4 0to2 80 / 30 0℃ ) ,柱温采用程序升温 5 0℃ 5℃ /min 6 0℃2 0℃ /mim 2 0 0℃ (2min) ,载气为H2 气 ,检测器FID ,内标物为甲苯 ,分流进样 ,分流比 30∶1,进样温度 2 5 0℃ ,检测温度 2 5 0℃。结果 加样平均回收率为 97.5 6 % ,RSD为 1.17%。结论 实验结果表明 ,本方法简便、快速、准确 。
Aim To develop an assay method for the determination of trans-anethole in fennel by programmed-temperature capillary GC.Method The essential oil was extracted from Fructus foeniculi by steam distillation and was analyzed with capillary columns:capillary column DB-17(15m×0.25mm,0.25μm Temp:40 to 280/300℃),column temperature is elevated by the program: 50℃5℃/min 60℃20℃/min 200℃(2min),the carrier gas is helium,the detector is FID and methylbenzene is as internal standard substance.Split injection,split ratio 30∶1.Injector temperature 250℃ and detector temperature 250℃.Results The average recovery was 97.56 %(RSD=1.17%).Conclusion The results showed that the method was simple,fast and accurate in the quality control of fennel and essential oil.
