摘要
目的 建立基于氧极谱催化波间接测定华法林钠的新方法 ,并将之应用于华法林钠片剂中华法林钠含量的测定。方法 采用电化学分析方法。结果 我们以H2 O2 催化波作检测信号 ,在 0 .1mol·L-1NH3 ·H2 O NH4Cl (pH =9.5± 0 .2 )水溶液介质中 ,该催化波二阶导数峰电流与华法林钠浓度在 6 .0× 10 -7~ 8.5× 10 -6mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9998。结论 本方法简单方便 ,有良好选择性 ,且避免了有机试剂对人体的毒害作用。实验证明该催化波仍具有氧波特征 。
Aim To develop a new method to determine Warfarin Sodium based on polarographic catalytic wave of oxygen;To apply it for determination Warfarin Sodium in tablets.Methods This experiment is carried out by electrochemistry methods.Results Using the catalytic wave of H 2O 2 as the measuring signal.In 0.1mol·L -1 NH 3·H 2O NH 4Cl (pH=9.5±0.2) supporting electrolyte solution,the peak current of the second derivative wave of H 2O 2 is proportional to WS's concentration in the range of 6.0×10 -7 ~8.5×10 -6 mol·L -1 (r=0.999 8).Conclusion The proposed method is characterized by sensitivity,simplicity,selectivity and avoiding poison of the organic reagent.
