摘要
应用X射线衍射等测试方法对La在ZL-101合金中的作用进行了研究。实验结果发现:在铸态条件下,La可以使ZL-101合金的σ_b提高15%;在T_5条件下,La可以使该合金的σ_b提高45%。La提高铸态条件下合金的σ_b与La加入ZL-101合金后增大了Mg在铝中的固溶度有关;La提高T_5条件下合金的σ_b与La抑制合金在T_5处理时Mg_2Si的析出有关。
This paper deals with the effect of lanthanum on ZL-1O1 alloy with X-ray diffractometer.It is found that lanthanum can increase the σ_b of the ZL-101 alloy by 15 percent in as cast condition and 45 percent in T_5 conditi- on,which are due to lanthanum can increase solubility of magnesium in ZL-101 alloy and present Mg_2Si from forming during the T_5 period.
