提高Cr12钢强韧性的强韧化处理

THE STRENGTHENING AND TOUGHING TREATMENT FOR INCREASING THE STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS OF Cr12 STEEL

摘要 对Cr12钢分别进行高温加热、高温回火,随后快速奥氏体化淬火;循环加热淬火和等温淬火三种强韧化处理,并作相同低温回火处理,研究Cr12钢组织与机械性能的关系。结果表明,三种新工艺所得的强韧性能均高于常规工艺,尤其以高温加热快速淬火工艺的性能最佳。 In order to study the microstructures and the mechanical properties of Crl2 steel,the three different heat treatments were used.First,the steel was heated and then tempered at high temperature,then it was quenched quickly from austenite temperature;and the second one is cyclic quenching; The third is austempering.All samples were tempered at low temperature.The results show that the strength and toughness obtained by the three new tre- atments are higher than normally treated,and the first treating is the best.
