摘要
以折反射式物镜系统典型产品的结构为例,以像质评价为基准,针对透镜中心误差对像质的贡献量作必要的精度计算和分析,从而对系统中心误差给定的合理性和可行性作了初步的探讨。
In this paper,refracting-reflecting objective system is taken for a typical example of products structure.Based on the image quality evalua- tion,it is necessary to accurately calculate and analyze how the centering error of lenses affects image quality.The reasonablness and feasibility, of which the system centering errors are given,are discussed briefly.
