本文针对我国即将加入WTO的背景 ,分析了国外工程咨询公司与我国监理公司的各自相对优势 ,认识到我国监理公司的优势是暂时的、相对的 ,从而提出创新才是我国建设监理业的立业之本 ,并就监理创新从机制建立、目的和内容。

The following dissertation suggests,realizing the provisional and relative advantages of native project management (PM) companies after careful analysis of each of native ones and foreign construction consultants,innovation being the source for us to survive and progress as our nation's forthcoming affiliation to WTO,and discusses the topic further into such aspects as systematic establishment,purpose,content,participators and approaches.
