针对外墙渗漏这一质量通病 ,分析了其发生的常见部位和在设计、施工及使用等方面存在的主要原因 ,并根据水在墙体中渗透深度、渗透量和渗透时间的理论计算公式 ,评估外墙渗漏的主要影响因素 ,从而提出防治措施。

This article analyses the familiar position of water leakage through exterior walls and the main carses which consist in design,construction and use,and evaluates the main influential factors on the basis of theoretical formulas for the computation of the depth of infiltration of water through walls,its infiltration rate an infiltration duration.Furthermore in the light of the main influential factors this article puts forward the measures of preventing water leakage through exterior walls.
