Considering on the Protection System for New Drug From WHO Angles

本文就中国加入世界贸易组织之后 ,我国新药保护制度面临的挑战 ,进行了较为系统的分析。文章对我国新药保护及药品行政保护制度进行了回顾 ,对我国现行的新药保护制度进行了利弊分析 ,进提出面对我国入世的挑战 ,应当审慎制定有利于我国医药产业发展的新药政策。

The history of the protection system for new drugs and the administrative protection for drugs reviewed, advantages and disadvantages in the current systems are analyzed. Suggestions are offered to promote the development of pharmaceutical industry of our country after WTO entering by formulating policy carefully.
