前列安栓治疗前列腺痛76例疗效观察

Curative Observation on 76 Cases of Prostatalgia Treated with Qianliexian Suppository

应用前列安栓治疗 76例前列腺痛患者。结果疼痛消失 2 3例 ,疼痛缓解 4 2例 ,无效 11例 ,总有效率 85 .5 %。本病因瘀血郁积下焦 ,局部经络气血瘀滞而致 ,故宜祛瘀通络。前列安栓具有化瘀散结。

Qianliexian suppositories were used to treat 76 patients of Prostatalgia.The resulted showed that pain disappeared in 23 cases,pain remitted in 42 cases and 11case were ineffective.The total effective rate was 85.5%.Prostatalgia was caused by accumulation of blood stasis in lower-jiao,stagnarion of qi and blood in part of some channels,so the treating principle should be promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in the channels.Qianliexian suppository had the effects of reducing bolld stasis,resolving masses,and removing obstruction in thd channels to relieve pain.
