杧果叶中杧果苷的提取与鉴定

摘要 目的 :探讨从本地漆树科植物果树叶中提取鉴定果苷的方法。方法 :使用乙醇渗漉等一系列步骤从果树叶中提取和纯化果苷 ,用聚酰胺薄层色谱、吸收光谱检测、红外光谱测定、高效液相色谱、高效毛细管电泳等方法进行鉴定。结果 :提取的果苷外观呈金黄色 ,显微镜下呈针状结晶 ;熔点 (mp)为 2 71~ 2 73℃ ;三氯化铁、二氯化锶反应阳性 ;聚酰胺薄层色谱Rf=0 .4 6 ;吸收光谱扫描、高效液相色谱、高效毛细管电泳、红外光谱分析结果等均与对照品相似。结论 :从果树叶中提取的果苷经上述方法鉴定后证明其纯度已和对照品相同 。 AIM: To explore the extractive and identifing methods of mangiferin extracted from domestic Mangifera indica leaves. METHODS: Mangiferin was extracted and purificated from Mangifera indica leaves by alcohol percolation and other methods, and identified by polyamide thin layer chromatography, spectral absorption scan analysis, infra-red absorption spectrum analysis, high performance liquid chromatography and high performance capillary electrophoresis methods RESULTS: The extractive mangiferin was golden yellow. It showed as needle style crystal under light microscopy examination. Its melting point was 271-273 ℃. Ferric trichloride and stroutium chloride reactions were positive. The Rf value of polyamide thin layer chromatography was 0.46. Spectrum absorption,infra-red spectrum, high performance liquid chromatography, high performance capillary electrophoresis results and all parameters above were similar to that of the control. CONCLUSIONS: The purity of mangiferin extracted from domestic Mangifera indica leaves is similar to that of the standard confirmed by above determined methods. It can be used in pharmacology research.
