摘要
针对中小型洁净室的技术改造提出了一种实用的方法,利用普通空调机向洁净室空气主流区直接送冷风,减少了风管和阀件,可节约投资,提高制冷效率。该方法结构简单,施工和使用都很方便,对企业的挖潜增效有现实的指导意义。
One practical means for technical improvement of medium and small-scaled clean room by using general AHU to send cooled air directly to the main airflow zone of the clean room with fewer air ducts and dampers thus to save investment and to increase cooling efficiency. This is a simple structure with easy installation and operation and is realistic for enterprise with potential of efficiency increment.
