摘要
克拉霉素为一新型 14元环的大环内酯类抗生素 ,近年来的临床应用日趋广泛 。
Clarithromycin (CAM) is a member of the family of 14-membered macrolide antibiotics with increasing clinical application in recent years. This paper decribes the advantages of CAM in the treatment of both infective and noninfective diseases.
