摘要
高压(千伏级)快速(亚纳秒~纳秒)电脉冲为当前许多前沿学科和军事技术所迫切需要。本文在对亚纳秒脉冲放电特性进行了研究的基础上,综合研究了脉冲放电回路参量对输出脉冲特性的影响及高压快速的特点,提出了两种对输出高压快速脉冲特性参量控制的方法:1)改变亚纳秒脉冲放电管的阳级等效分布电容实现对高压快速脉冲宽度的控制,2)利用亚纳秒脉冲放电管的阳级等效分布电容、阴级等效分布电容、阴级等效分布电感的合理组合实现对高压快速脉冲的前沿和宽度的控制,从而得到了脉冲特性可控的高压快速脉冲源。
High voltage (kilo-voltage degree) and short risetime (subnanoseconds-
nanoseconds) electrical pulses are demanded urgently in many new sciences and
military technlogy areas. Based on the thorough study of the characteristics of
subnanosecond pulse discharge, this paper presents the effect of pulse discharge
circuit parameters on the features of output pulses and the high voltage and
short risetime characteristic of output pulses. Besides, the paper advances two
kinds of methods to control the parameters of output high voltage and short
risetime pulse: 1) The width of high voltage and short risetime pulses is con-
trolled by the variation of anode equivalent stray capacitance of subnanosesond
pulse discharge tubes: 2) The width and risetime of high voltage and short
risetime pulses are controlled by the combination of anode equivalent stray ca-
pacitance, cathode equivalent stray capacitance aud cathode equivalent stray in-
ductance. Therefore, high voltage and short risetime pulse source is obtained.
