药液酸碱度对阿莫西林-克拉维酸与其他药物配伍产生沉淀的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨在配伍用药产生沉淀与药物溶液 pH的关系。方法 :将阿莫西林 克拉维酸参考医嘱处方 ,以氯化钠注射液按比例稀释 ,然后与环丙沙星、庆大霉素适当混合 ,观察出现的沉淀情况 ;再加必要的试剂 ,观察其变化。并按药典规定的方法测定有关溶液 pH值 ,通过比较 ,确定 pH值与其发生沉淀的关系。结果 :阿莫西林 克拉维酸与pH较低的药物环丙沙星、庆大霉素配伍时出现沉淀 ,滴加氢氧化钠试液使溶液 pH升高后 ,溶液变澄清。结论 :pH降低是阿莫西林 克拉维酸与环丙沙星、庆大霉素配伍产生沉淀的原因 ,为保证临床用药的安全性及有效性 ,应注意不同药物溶液的 pH差异 ,避免因药物溶液 AIM: To explore the cause of precipitate in the compatibility of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid with other drugs. METHODS: Solutions were made by according to the clinical prescription, using 0.9 % sodium chloride injection as dilution and being mixed with ciprofloxacin, gentamicin suitably, and observed whether precipitate happened. Then the specific agents were added and the related changes were observed. The pH values of related solution were tested. By comparison, the relation between pH value of the solution and the precipitate was established. RESULTS: Precipitate happened in the compatibility of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid with low pH drugs ciprofloxacin, gentamicin. The precipitate was dissolved by adding sodium hydroxide solution. CONCLUSION: The cause of the precipitate in compatibility of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid with ciprofloxacin, gentamicin is due to lowering pH. To avoid disadvantageous effect of a drug due to its low pH value, more attention must be paid to the differentiation of pH value in drug solution in order to ensure the safety and potency of the drug therapy in its clinical use.
