土压平衡式顶管掘进机机头泥土仓土压力控制是顶管工程中最关键的技术之一。本文提出了半盾构油缸伸缩以控制泥土仓压力大小 ,从纠偏油缸处间接测取泥土仓土压力信号的控制方案 ,通过参数设定、数学建模、仿真分析、实际运行 。

Soil pressure control is one of the most important technology of pipe pushing engineering with earth balance shield machine.This paper puts forward a method that semi shield machine oil cylinder stretches out and draws back to control the soil chamber pressure.The soil chamber pressure signal is picked up from oil cylinder of rectifying deviation indirectly.Through parameter setting,mathematic model establishing,emulation analysis and practically running.It proves that the method is successful.
