康复训练对强直性脊柱炎患者功能状态的影响

Effect of rehabilitation training on the functional status of ankylosing spondylitis patients

目的:探讨康复训练对强直性脊柱炎患者功能状态的影响。方法:随机将72例强直性脊柱炎分为康复组与对照组,康复组采用药物治疗同时辅助功能训练,对照组采用单纯药物治疗,治疗前后,以国际通用的毕氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数表对两组患者功能状态进行评估。结果:康复组患者功能指数改善明显优于对照组。结论:康复训练对强直性脊柱炎患者功能恢复有显著作用,应加强对强直性脊柱炎患者功能的系统训练。

Objective; To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on the functional status of ankylosing spondylitis( AS) Patients. Method: 72 patients with AS were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. The rehabilitation group were treated with drugs and accompanying rehabilitation training, while the control group only treated with drugs. Two groups were measured with the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) before and after the treatment. Result: The functional index of rehabilitation group was significantly improved comparting with control group . Conclusion: The rehabilitation training plays an important role in function recovery of AS Patients.
