银离子Ag^+在水树枝生长过程中的特殊作用 被引量:3

摘要 本文实验研究了用AgNO_3溶液培养的水树枝的特性,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了水树枝的微观结构,分析并讨论了银离子在水树形成过程中的特殊作用。发现AgNO_3溶液中生长的水树枝有直接显色的效果,树枝区域呈褐黄色,并且树枝生长异常迅速。实验表明,树枝微区中银离子被还原为金属银。金属银沉淀在树枝的细微通道中,在去除电场以后仍得以保持。用SEM技术观察到水树中有细微通道和裂纹的存在,直径约为0.2~0.4μm。水树中沿针尖方向的银含量随离针尖的距离增大而减小。 The characteristics of water trees in PE insulating material with AgNO_3, solution are investigated in this paper. The microstructure of water trees is ob- served with SEM technology. The special effect of silver ions on water treeing is regarded as improving the growth and preventing the channel of water trees. So even in removing the electrical field the microchiannel with diameter 0.2~ 0.4μm still can be observed.
