摘要
本文首先采用边界元法分析了场控制器对均匀场的影响,计算结果与实验值基本吻合。对于环鞍线圈产生的偏转磁场,考虑到系统性能分析的需要,采用边界元与有限元的组合法计算,在此基础上提出了包括偏转线圈和场控制器在内的偏转系统分析的近似方法,并就存在和不存在场控制器两种情况,计算分析了偏转电子束轨迹,屏上光栅图形。最后以拟合多项式的形式给出了偏转中心的变化规律。
In this paper, the effects of magnetic field controllers in uniform fields
are analyzed with the boundary element method. and the results have been
Confirmed by the experiments. For the evaluation of deflection system perfor-
mance. tha fileds of saddle and toroidal yokes are analyzed with a combination
boundary element method and finite element method. The equal harmonic scalar
potential lines on the radial plane and the harmonic field flux lines on the
vertical section are drawn up. Based on the above analysis. a simplified method
for the calculation of the deflection system consisting of the controllers and
the yokes is developed and applied to computing the three-beam trajectories,
raster patterns and the deflection centers of horizontal and vertical deflections.
