高层建筑桩基承台板的简化计算法

Simplified Calculation Method of Pile Cap in High-rise Building

提出一种计算高层建筑桩 筏和桩 箱基础承台板的简化计算法———弹簧常数法 ,给出了基于沉降验算参数的弹簧常数计算公式。算例表明 ,所提出的简化算法结果合理 ,可以大大简化分析计算 ,对高层建筑基础设计有一定的实用价值。

A simplified method for calculating pile cap of pile raft or pile box foundation in high rise buildings,named Spring Constant Method,is developed,and the calculation formula for the spring constant based on settlement computation is presented.It is proved by the sample that the calculation result of the presented simplified method is rational,and the calculation process is much simplified.The presented method is practical for the foundation design of high rise building.
