摘要 目的 :观察大鼠纹状体毛细血管密度的增龄变化 ,为探讨纹状体易卒中机制 ,揭示脑血管病发病机理提供参考资料。方法 :运用墨汁明胶灌注、生物体视学计数等方法观察不同月龄大鼠纹状体毛细血管密度。结果 :同月龄组大鼠尾壳核各部毛细血管密度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,尾壳核、苍白球、内囊毛细血管密度差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,1~ 2月龄与 6~ 7月龄大鼠纹状体毛细血管密度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,2 4月龄以上大鼠纹状体毛细血管密度最低 ,与前两组相比差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且与纹状体神经细胞密度变化相对应。结论 :纹状体毛细血管密度的差异及其增龄变化与神经细胞代谢。 Objecive:To observe and measure the capillary density of the striatus so as to provide references for further understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of certain cerebrovascular disease.Methods:The capillary density of the striatus of 3 different age groups of rats (1 2,6 7,>24 months old) were studied by ink gelatin injection and biological stereology.Results:In the same group,the capillary density had no significant difference among the various portions of caudatoputasmen,and the highest was in caudatoputasmen,moderate in globus pallidus,lowest in internal capsule with significant difference among them ( P <0.01)?Among these 3 groups the capillary density was lowest in the >24 months rats and was related to aging changes of the density of the neurons.There was a significant difference between >24 months rats and the others ( P <0.01),while no significant difference between the 1 2 months rats and the 6 7 months rats ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The difference between the capillary density in caudatoputamen and in globus pallidus and the aging changes of the capillary density in striatus may be associated with the metabolism,constitution and function of the neurons.
